At House of Arabians, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund terms carefully.


📦 Return Policy

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

  • To be eligible, your perfume must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.


❌ Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Custom products (such as personalized items).

  • Personal care goods once opened (perfumes, beauty products, etc.).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the product reaches our warehouse safely.

  • If your item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days for eligible items.

  • The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item; once accepted, you can place a new order.


💳 Refunds & Processing

  • We operate a ‘No Cash Refund’ policy. Refunds are generally provided as store credit only.

  • Refunds to the original payment method may be allowed in exceptional cases (e.g., product out of stock or manufacturing defect).

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete posting.

  • Shipping costs (15 AED, or AED 40 GCC equivalent) are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds made to the original payment method.

  • Customers returning items will otherwise be issued store credit equal to the product price (excluding shipping and discounts).
